Aerial survey photography: Streatham and Marlborough Cricket Club, Dulwich
Updated: The project gained Planning approval from Southwark Council in August 2025. View the project page for current status.
We have recently been developing our proposals for a new pavilion and clubhouse building for Streatham and Marlborough Cricket Club in Dulwich. Following a recent successful pre-application consultation with Southwark, we are working up designs to enable a full planning application to be submitted in January 2024.
As part of this exercise we have commissioned a series of internal and external visualisations of the proposals to show how the project will look once completed. The external views are especially important as the project sits within a conservation area and is also within open metropolitan land. These images will support the planning application and for wider PR and fundraising purposes. The aerial views of the site have been particularly helpful in showing the site in context - both in terms of the immediate landscape and the wider views and context of London.
Thanks to Tandem Studios for visiting site at short notice and getting these brilliant images for us with their drone. Look out for the final CGIs and we’re looking forward to sharing more of the imagery once the application is submitted. Further details are on the project page and this will be updated as the designs develop.
