Greenwich Peninsula Pavilion Featured in Architects’ Journal
We’ve designed another pavilion! This one’s on the Thames and part of developer Knight Dragon’s Greenwich Peninsula regeneration project. Read all about it in the Architects’ Journal.
Just next door to the O2, the design for the riverside pavilion features a few of our favourite things – timber, concrete, a curvy corner. Conceived as a focal point in the scheme, it’s a welcoming community space providing a café and sheltered seating to escape the London rain.
It’s been a joy collaborating with Knight Dragon and the design team on this – the mighty Squire & Partners is the architect for the housing and LDA Design is leading the new public park and landscape. Looking forward to sharing more on this soon.
