Hill House planning consent

We recently gained planning consent for a new garden room and landscape changes for a house on a hill in Winchester. A previous application for a garden room was rejected, and our revised proposals achieved consent with minor comments from the local authority. The site has a level change of over ten metres from front to back, making most of the garden unusable. Our proposals extend the usable garden around the property at the ground floor level and make sense of the lower levels through planted retaining walls and landscaped terraces.
