Staff mentoring programme

We are focused on our staff, most notably their wellbeing and development. While we have a culture of mentoring and supporting the studio with architectural skills, we believe there is more that we can do.

With this in mind, we have appointed Amanda Yensa Manor from Yensa Mentors to work with our team on their professional growth, skills and development. All staff members are provided with access to a monthly mentoring session to work on needs of their choosing which are entirely confidential.

We’re super excited to work with Amanda and grow together as a studio.
