We love winning planning in Peckham
Securing planning in a conservation area can be tricky, which makes us doubly proud to have won permission for this characterful extension of our client’s home on a well-known corner close to Peckham Rye Station.
We’ve reworked the plan for this locally listed end of terrace with a small but mighty addition of 14m2 (6m2 downstairs, 8m2 upstairs). Downstairs is transformed into a modern, open-plan kitchen/living/dining space connecting to the garden, while upstairs, we’ve added a bathroom.
Our client loves the playful curved brick corner of the first-floor extension that adds texture and character to the neighbourhood. To be fair, who doesn’t love a curve?
With just a few small, thoughtful moves, we’ve got the result our client wanted – a home that works better for life today and whatever tomorrow brings.
